āŗ Do Sparkly Beach Balls need an air pump?
While it is always easier to use an air pump to inflate something that is bigger than a balloon, it is not a requirement and can be done by mouth if desired.
āŗ What kind of air valves are used on the Sparkly Beach Balls?

āŗ Will glitter clog my pool filter?
The glitter is sealed inside the PVC beach ball, which has incredibly durable welded seams. The glitter cannot escape through the air valve as it is on the opposite side of the inner PVC wall, and could only escape the beach ball if cut open.

Bed Tents are approximately 76 inches long, 36 inches wide, and 42 inches tall at their apex.Ā
āŗ Can I bring Bed Tents camping?
Although our Bed Tents are made of similar materials as camping tents, Bed Tents are an indoor play item only and do not offer any weather protection.
āŗ How can I clean my Bed Tent?
Bed Tents can be spot-cleaned with warm water and mild detergent or soap and air dried (recommended).
āŗ Should I put the elastic skirt over my bedding?
Most Bed Tent owners will place the elastic skirting around any fitted bedding (such as a fitted sheet) while your childās covers are on top for ease of getting in and out of their bed.

āŗ How long does it take to set up a Bed Tent?
Even if you take your time and your child asks āwhy?ā every 15 seconds, it takes just a few minutes to assemble a Bed Tent by yourself, which mainly consists of inserting the tent poles into their sleeves and sockets.
āŗ What are Bed Tents made of?
Bed Tents are made of polyester, which is both strong and lightweight.
āŗ How are Bed Tents packaged?
Bed Tents are packed in a compact gift box with an instruction sheet and collapsible poles.
āŗ Are Bed Tents ventilated?
Bed Tents have built-in mesh window openings in addition to the split door panels.

The Bubble Machines use (3) AA batteries (sold separately). The battery slot is located on the bottom of the Bubble Machine, and screws into place to prevent the batteries from escaping during transport.
āŗ Can I use any bubble solution/mix withĀ my Bubble Machine?
In short, yes! We include two bottles, howeverĀ most pre-made solution works great. If a solution is too thick to produce bubbles, dilute it with some water until the desired consistency is reached. We suggest pre-made solutions instead of homemade mixes, which will give consistently better results time and time again.
āŗ How do I clean my Bubble Machine?
Life happens! A barely-damp rag can be used to wipe off your Bubble Machine.
āŗĀ Will I need to plug my Bubble MachineĀ in to charge?
No need for A/C power, my friendāthe Bubbles Machines use AA batteries so thatĀ they can be used anywhere without tripping on power cables, or running out of cable length. We picked AA batteries because they are readily availableāyou probably have some in a drawer right now.
āŗ Can I useĀ my Bubble Machine in the water/pool?
Bubble Machines were meant for use both outdoors and indoors, however they were not meant to be submerged or sprayed with water.

āŗ How does a Chalkster work?
Chalksters grip your sidewalk chalk. The Rainbow, Robot, Rocket, and Unicorn snap shut to hold the thickest end of the chalk. The Pencil has a slot to drop in the chalk.Ā
āŗ Can you use any sidewalk chalk refills with Chalksters?
Chalksters can use virtually any sidewalk chalk. Those with a tapered shape hold best, so if you need a refill, those will be your best option. The chalk it comes with measures 10 cm (about 4 inches) long, and is ~25mm at its thickest.
āŗ Do I have to use all three colors at one time?
Using all three included pieces of chalk at once allows for some creative designs, but the user can certainly use one or two pieces at a time, in any of the available slots. Naturally, the Pencil only holds one piece at a time.

200 lbs / 90 kg. It is important that you do NOT jump on Floor Floaties and Dream Floaties like a trampoline, which is outside of the Floaties' intended use.Ā
āŗ Can I use Floor Floatiesā¢ / Dream Floatiesā¢ in the pool?
Floor Floaties and Dream Floaties are not floatation devices and should not be used in any way other than their intended application.
āŗ How long does it take to inflate a Floor Floatieā¢ / Dream Floatieā¢?
Dream Floaties include a rapid-fill electric pump so you can inflate both the mattress and character in a just few minutes. Floor Floaties include a high-efficiency hand-pump and can be inflated in about 2 minutes with minimal effortāeven faster if you want to impress your kids.
āŗĀ Can IĀ switch the plushĀ cover on myĀ Floor Floatieā¢?Ā
The inner inflatable of each Floor Floatie is shaped to match the outer plush, so switching one design for another is not possible.
āŗĀ How do I know if myĀ FloorĀ Floatiesā¢ / Dream Floatiesā¢Ā are properly inflated?
- Saggy appearance, child "bottoms out" while seated = too little air
- Firm like a basketball = too much air
- Looks like the website picture, not difficultĀ to squeeze, but easily retains shape = just right
Don't over-inflate yourĀ Good Banana product and you will find themĀ incrediblyĀ comfortable and durable enough for everyday use.
āŗĀ Can I wash the plushĀ cover on myĀ Floor Floatieā¢?Ā
Accidents happenāthat's why our Floor Floaties feature a removable plush cover. We suggest unzipping the cover, deflating your Floor Floatie, then removing the cover prior to spot cleaning. Here's a quick guide toĀ cleaningĀ your Floor Floatie's cover:

Nope! The water from your spigot/outdoor faucet supplies the Splashy Sprinkler withĀ all of the pressure it needs to create 360 degrees of streams. Just connect a hose to the spigot, and then your Splashy Sprinkler, turn it on, and watch the Soak Zone come to life.
āŗ How long does it take to inflate a Splashy Sprinkler?
The main character form, splash pad and tail each have an air valve, and can be inflated by mouth, or with a common hand pump (sold separately). Because they inflate quickly we do not recommend an electric pump. Inflating all elements by mouth takes just a few minutes at a leisurely pace.

āŗ How do you regulate the water pressure in the Soak Zone?
Your water spigotās knob can be used to regulate the pressure of the soak zone. Low pressure from the spigot results in a lower water stream height. Higher pressure will increase the height and flow of water to the soak zone. Setting your spigot to off will not produce any stream.Ā
āŗ Can I use Splashy Sprinklers in the water/pool?
Splashy Sprinklers were meant for outdoor use on a flat, grassy surface, and were not intended for use as a floatation device.Ā
